Unlucky with Injuries

Having just recovered from a sprained right ankle recently, I got injured again yesterday. This time it was my right toe. I was playing soccer in the field on Saturday afternoon and I went for a 50-50 ball. The other player kicked my toe in the process. F***. I am unable to continue after that as it was very painful.

This is the first time I got injured twice in a space of 2 months. Guess it will be another month or so out of soccer again. DVDs on Saturdays with the loved one here I come! hehe

Went to the TCM clinic this evening and got my first accupuncture treatment. After the doctor pressed my toe to check, I was in pain. Got 3 needles stuck in some points near my toe. First time in my life doing accupuncture though. It wasn't as painful as I though it might be. Oh well, here are some pictures not for the faint hearted!

I am going to work in slippers for the next couple of days at least hahaha! Shirt, pants and slippers! WOW! :p
