Story Time: Part 5

Mike's and Laura's secret relationship grew as the days goes by. They were in their own world. Parents and results doesn't mean anything to them anymore. They only knew they want each other's company every single day, forever and ever. It is a kind of special bond between 2 human beings, spiritually and physically.

Mike managed to get through his 2nd year with a pass in all his subjects. Laura, as usual, scored straights A's again and was in the Dean's list. However, all that was not important. The bond between them was the best thing that could happen to them right now, right at this moment.

"I love you darling, you are the best thing that could happen to me now" whispered Mike into Laura's ears. Laura cuddled closer and hugged Mike tightly. "I love you too. Would you do anything for me then?" teased Laura. "Yes of course darling, you wish is my command" exclaimed Mike. Laura was beaming with joy and kissed Mike. Soon after, the two lovers fell asleep in each other's warm caress after a physical bonding session.

"Mike, I miss you..I am so lonely here. Would you come and join me? We can talk to one another for days and night." For a moment, Mike thought he had heard Tim's voice calling out to him. It was so surreal. The tiredness got the better of him and he fell asleep again.

Things took a wrong turn soon after. Laura's parents was already beginning to suspect their daughter had a relationship outside and it was not what they desired. They want her to study and focus 100%. They want her to get perfect grades, secure a perfect top job and be a top woman in the working industry. In other words, they had everything planned out for her. They had planned her life.

Laura's parents hired a PI for investigate their daughter. Soon the secret love was discovered. Tempers flared, emotions ruined, sanity hangs on a thin line. Laura wept and ran out from her room. She ran and ran. Run away from home, run away from them. Run to me darling. I love you. Laura ran to Mike's apartment that day. Mike was also devasted as the secret love was ruined by their parents. His own parents also forbade the relationship. He felt so lost. Facing him at this moment was another lost soul, with blood shot eyes and tears streaming down from her face. They embraced.

"Mike, I can't take it anymore." sobbed Laura as she hugged Mike. He understood. He knew it all. "Dear, you said you would do anything for me right?" said Laura, as she looked into Mike's eyes. "Yes dear, anything. I will never say anything that I don't mean to. I love you forever and ever." replied Mike. "Dear, I love you forever too. I have an idea. Let's get away from all this; we can be together forever and ever. No one is to ruin our secret love." whispered Laura. Mike looked at her and smiled. It seemed that he was getting closer. Closer to being with the one he loved, and the one he once loved (as a friend in Tim).

Laura's parent was shocked to discover the mess in Laura's room. Bloodstains everywhere, the pens, razors and bandages were strewn on the floor. A trail of blood trickled all the way to the door. They panicked and immediately called the cops. Mike certainly did not notice the blood on Laura's wrist, nor the blood soaked T shirt he was wearing as Laura hugged him. Laura did not bandaged her wounds today as she knew she never have to again.

"Let's FLY!" said Laura. Mike looked at Laura, lost of words for that moment or two. But soon, the worried look on his face turned into a smile and he replied, "Sure!" Laura held Mike's hand tightly and they flew to a place where lovers are destined to be together. Forever and ever. Eternally.
